My child does potty every second day ...i want to know if she is constipated because i give her fruits, pulses, wheat ,milk in her diet .....what should i do so that she goes to potty daily and easily ???

A. if you are providing sufficient fibres in the diet and still your baby is constipated that you need to take care of the hydration and proper physical activity of your baby
