my child breadth from stomach having cough and nasal congestion is it normal?

Nasal congestion the child is breathing from the mouth which is very normal but you’ll have to break this pattern or habit by giving proper medication to the child of the nasal passage is open and the child is breathing properly from that as that’s the correct thing that should be there for the child
