My child becomes very lean day by day his age is 6. What to do? what kind of food have to give to improve the health and weight?

A. dear parent, for healthy weight gain of your 6 years old child, give a homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups. grains and millets 4 servings pulses legumes/egg non veg: 1-2 servings seasonal vegetables including green leafy vegetables: 1.5 serving fruits1 serving milk and milk products 500ml sugar 4 tsp oil 5 tsp control intake of process packaged food. if your child is active, playful, achieving all growth milestones, weight is within the normal range for child's age then do not worry.
