my child , age 2 yr 7m , fever comes at night , what we have to do

A. in babies the usual tendency is that the fever increases in the evening and night. viral fever will last for 3 to 5 days. you have to give regular medications at the right time intervals. if fever is more than 102 then baby will need something more than paracetamol . please consult your pediatrician itself once and get all the suitable medicines. give light and easy to digest foods.
