Dr might have prescribed supplements as well
along with thaht inlcude green leafy vegetables, beans , legumes such as chana, rajma etc , also soak raisins in water over night and give along with it first thing in the morning.
also dates , apricots can also be given, beet root , pomogrante etc

You should give all kind of supplements to the child related to Iron apart from that I’m going to recommend you to give pomegranate beat Root sweet potato and all these things like green leafy vegetables jaggery Fox nuts are highly rich and iron to be given to the child
