A. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same time the diet should be easily digestible and not very heavy diet which is causing more gas formxation because that also can lead to digestion problem and that can disturb the sleep. also it is important to look for any environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem

A. hi please try to alter your child routine but do it gradually so a child can adjust well. get your child hb level Checked because sometimes ,low hb level can cause less sleep. make sure your child feel comfortable while sleeping dress your child in weather appropriate clothes. avoid to allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially before one hour of sleep time.
