stage 1 consists of introduction of liquids and solid food which shall be done at 5 to 6 months of age and needs to be started gradually step by step .vh
stage 2 consists of more textured and new tasdte to baby by 7 months of age
stage 3 in which a more variety of food can be started by 9-12 months of age...
