Q.

My breasts never leaked and my baby had a little slow weight gain after 2 .5 months. I could extract upto 80-90 ml of BM. Is that an indication of low BM?

A. yes, what is the age of your baby..? have healthy diet and please ty of fluids. it's preferable to visit your doctor, for further evaluation and exact treatment or management.

A. Yu Yes it definitely is so if you are not producing sufficient milk for the child then the more sensible thing would be to go ahead with giving formula feeding to the child because not all women can have sufficient feeding and that’s completely normal so that’s why formula is there to help you and support you in these situations
