Q.

My boy suffering with fever, hon many drops to take paracetamol, boy having 9 months old

A. around 1 ml can be given .For fever paracetamol can be given to baby 3 to 4 times in a day and steam along with any cough syrup like ascoril can be given to baby 3 times in a day . But if any difficulty then consult near by doctor .
