Q.

my boy is not having food except milk is der any medicine for it so he gets hungry

A. you should not give medicine to increase the appetite. try and make him eat while playing with him. let him sit with family. he will see everyone eating. tell him stories. indulge him in a sitting activity like craft or coloring. try different kinds of food items and see what kind of taste he has,then make him eat that thing only. Kids are fussy eaters. mother has to work upon it a little.
