Q.
My boy is 3.11 yrs old. He s grinding his teeth for the last two weeks.. also chewing shirts eraser like that..what could be the reason? He s doing only wen he is awake..suggest some solution..

kids do this when they feel stressed or anxious or if they have nutritional deficiency.
so please check for this.
offer homemade healthy food.
keep your child well hydrated
spend quality time with your child
whenever your child does this , please don't scold or yell at your child for this.
just gently remove the object from mouth
stay calm consistent and positive
