my boy is 2yrs old very active but not eating much. can you suggest the weight gain foods.

A. For healthy weight gain of the baby, it is important to include variety of fat and protein rich foods in the diet like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, eggs, chicken, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, milk and its products. Feed 3 main meals and atleast twice snacks along with different fluids.
