Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Exclusively breastfed babies sometimes do not pass stools even for a week. It is normal as long as your baby is healthy and active, showing no symptoms of discomfort. Consult your doctor for advice.
