my boy is 2 years .he has rec patches in his tongue .can breat feeding cause this

Hello mom as it’s on the tongue nothing accurate can be said if it is causing due to breast feeding .. but if the oral cavity is not kept clean and the child is not brushing and cleaning his tongue or rinsing his mouth .. also is the cause could be mostly be due to any kind of food been consumed as well
