Q.
My boy has 99 tempreture fever should I gave him calpol drop or calpol syrup

Fever is when the temperature of the body goes above 99 degree fahrenheit and the safest medicine in such situation is paracetamol which can be repeated as after 6 hours again if required in a proper dose . Alternative medicine can also be tried if required like ibuprofen anbd mefenamic acid preparations.
cold sponging of the whole body with tap water can be beneficial too to bring the temperature down .

Sarika guptaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and as per my opinion and knowledge 99 is not considered as fever in babies and if it is above this then yes you should give baby doctor prescribed amount of paracetamol or cal pol
