My boy baby haven't pee for 13hrs. From yesterday night 9 O’clock. And there is a light white discharge in his pennies??? I'd it normal

Without proper physical examination, it is not possible to understand the condition you have mentioned. Get your child personally examined by the doctor and seek medical attention.
