my boy 8months old pooping watery till now pooped 5 times is it any serious please help me doctor

A. Teething could be one could be stomach infection these things are commonly seen in which small kids and they have loose motions because of either of the two so you can kindly check with your doctor regarding that they will be able to give you a help on this
