my beby 3 month old he has not sleeping yet day or night he will be sleeping only 3-4 hr

Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomesfe regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby axnd no medicine is required.

A Suggested Bedtime Routine Timeline 45 minutes to 1 hour before sleep: Give baby a bath, clean diaper, lotion, etc.30 to 45 minutes before sleep: Infant massage, put jammies on and swaddle. ...15 to 30 minutes before sleep: Nursing/feeding, other calming activities of your choice.
