my babys urine is yellow in colour frm past few days. he is a formula fed baby and just started with a spoon of cerelac 3 days before on doctors suggestion. what can be the cause of yellow colour urine? is this any problem?

Hi Your doctor has advised you to start giving food way to old you should wait for six month completion you should not Be giving before that a child is not able to digest the food that early which is why they can have different issues so it’s better that you don’t give it and the yellow colour could be probably due to dehydration in the body
