my babys skin is very dry on the legs nose and hand. the palm and sole is very rough like old man. can you please give me a suggestion

A. Hi mom If the skin is dry, stop using soap.. Use body wash to give bath to ur baby. U can buy babyhug head to toe milky wash to moisturize the skin leaving it soft and smooth. Then apply lotion after giving bath to ur baby.
