avoid spicy and oily food.
start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly.
once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised

Can we because of change in weather in such case you should always try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and tone change the temperature of surroundings frequently. Rather than this you should avoid Applying oil on babies skin and you can use Himalaya pickle heat powder
