It's good to continue until 1 year as the chances of infection getting spread would reduce. this will reduce gastrointestinal disturbance. Also, make sure from now on any kind if cutlery or bowl that will be used can be continued to sterilize as the baby can keep everything in the mouth

basically you just need to sterilize the bottle if you are feeding the baby for feeding bottle other than that you don't have to sterilize and utensils just make sure that they have been washed properly with soap and water
