By three years the weight should be anywhere between 13-15 kgs.
if your baby is active and playful then no need to worry about weight much.
Give all that you cook for ur family. include egg, ghee, dry fruits, dairy products like paneer curd cheese, banana shake, potatoes, rice, avocado, ragi etc in ur baby diet for weight gain
