Q.

my baby was born on 20.11.20.from that day to 22nd December my period was continued. after that, spotting was started and it was continued to mid of January. then period was started on 20.5..21 for 3 days and flow was very light. then period was started 23rd September for 3 days and October also same happened but nov period was started 3.11.21 and it's going on till date and also it's flow is heavy. is it normal?

A. no not normal. Then you can eat more of fruit n vegetables and take lots of water n try to workoutbest is to use a good contraception and wait fir weaning as after that it will get ok
