Hi ,
Dear parents,
Kids need detailed and proper physical examination.
So that doctor can decide appropriate investigation and radiological test if needed .
You may make proper video then consult to near by hospital.
It is very early and difficult for me to comment at this moment

are you asking for Vaccination?
if yes then I advise you to consult your pediatrician as he or she knows well about your child Health ,they can give right guidance regarding this
