ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist1 Year agoA. Namaste Mom, After birth it is normal to loose some weight for the baby , and after that they tend to put on weight. Monthly weight gain is expected to be in range of 300 gm to 1 kg and by age of 4 to 6 months they double their birth weight.
