Q.
my baby waa having ear pain 3 days before.doctor gave p120 for 4ml.now my baby is having severe fever.can i give same p120 to my baby for fever? she is 7kg.hw many ml should i want to give her for fever and also mention the time gap of the dosage.also for cold am giving asthakimd dropz.hw many ml required for her.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. yes you can continue paracetamol at same dosage for the child and paracetamol can be given maximum four times per day and if the pain / fever is still not improving you can give syrup ipugesic
