my baby urine test report as follow - pus cells- 5-7 (observed value) and Epicell-FEW is this indication of urine infection or not

A. It’s an infection only but your question is incomplete I think you have missed on to some figures by the end but with what you have mentioned it is indicating towards an infection only so proper treatment would be required by the Dr suggestion
