my baby turns 7months 4days old ..he is not pooping properly and if he poops also it's in black and brown colour very thicky solid substance I want to know the reason for this sir and how to get rid from this problem

Potty colouring may varies between dark yellow to green colour
Its normal and common
No need to worry
Maintain hydration
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs regularly it also help baby to make muscle stronger and to reduce gas and constipation
