Q.

my baby turned 1 last month but til now I didn't get my periods... is it normal?? I have pcod and it was ivf..

A. The best treatment to have Regular periods is by having a healthy lifestyle with regular daily walking or jogging along with mild exercise and meditation whenever possible. as medications will only act till you are taking them
