my baby suffering with cough since last 20 days we are giving nebulization as well and used antibiotic as well as per doctor advised but we have seen only 25 to 30% recovery, can we know what other procedures we have to follow doctor seen x ray as well and they said mild infection and we have followed above procedure

they are safe if given by registered medical practitioner. do not take medicines not prescribed by the doctor .
take a follow up in few days if it is not improving for need of treatment modification or any lab / radiological investigations.
