my baby suddenly starts poop twice a day and it is looks like green and white dots

Colour of the stool. So if the consistentcy of the stool is normal then you should not worry about it

Sometimes undigested milk particles can come out into the milk motion of the child that could probably be the milk particles but just to be on the safer side you can discuss it with your doctor if your doctor says then you should proceeded with a stool test or if any medication would be required
