My baby sometimes hyperextend her neck with arching back . She is 4months old

Is your child crying that time or if your child is comfortable then it is not a problem but if your child is crying while doing it and that too unconsoled that’s probably due to our major stomach cramp for that you can give a medicine otherwise it is normal
