Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same time the diet should be easily digestible and not very heavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that also can lead to digestion problem andc that can disturb the sleep.
also it is important to look for any environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the mattress problem

And if above 6 to 7 month than make sure for some important points. 1. Her nutritional need on daily basis should fulfill. 2.make regular sleeping pattern. 3.if baby is not on breast feed then offer warm milk.4 get engage in playing if baby will tired then she will sleep but make sure she should not be over tired. 5.give massage and slight exercise and then bath with lukewarm water before bed. 6.make bedtime rituals so that baby will come to know that it is time to sleep. 7.make sure about her comfort along with room temperature according to seaso.
