Q.

My baby sleeps in traditional saree jhoola where he wants to swing most of the time. His sleep is mostly disturbed sleep and he awakes every 30mins. we tried to sleep train him in bed but no luck due to lack of movement in bed. Is there any truck to make him go to deep sleep without disturbance?

A. Sleeping pattern of small babies is very different and if the child is not having any discomfort or any cause like infantile colic nasal blockage or any pain and if the child is playful and taking proper feeding so this pattern will get normal wigyth time
