my baby scratches her head a lot... mostly Full day what to do or what to use that the scratching gets stop?

A. Dandruff is mostly because of dead skin over the scalp which can lead to itchy skin . It could be because of some pathological conditions too. Common causes are improper shampooing malnutrition fungal growth sensitivity to hair prodructs sebborrhoich dermatitis . Proper care is required with medicated shampoo maintain a good hygiene and proper hydration . Consult a doctor for more severe condition .
