Q.
My baby’s weight has not increased since last 1 month. He is 5 months old and both on bm and fm. WhT shall I do?

exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age is recommended unless fm is advised by the doctor under some medical conditions
mother should eat good protiens for better quality of milk and hydrate yourself well

The weight gets double the birth weight by five months. Feed after every 2-3 hours interval or when demanded by the baby for weight gain. Feed for longer time from one side so that baby gets both fore milk and Hind milk. Hind milk is rich in fat and thicker which will help in weight gain of the baby.
