soft parathas dipped in dals
curd rice
soup rice
add nuts powder in milk

Then you should get it checked with your doctor why the child weight is reducing or not gaining weight because without physical assessment it’s very difficult to give you correct guidance it would be good if you check with your doctor regarding the situation situation
