my baby's temperature 103 f I gave her paracetamol t 98 5 ml and atm 100 syrup 5 ml bt temperature nt decrease what shall I do I also sponging

A. Hello, your baby girl is 18 months old and she is having a high fever 103 degrees so give her syrup ibugesic plus 4 ml three times a day and plenty of water and fruits juice and cold water sponges and get her clinical examination

A. hi kindly visit your pediatrician . dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes. keep your child in well vantileted room. keep your child well hydrated. maintain good hygiene.
