my baby's stomach is hard he is 18days old, please advice

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. Gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the gut .
other factors include cow's milk introduction before 1 year of age , bottle feeding, not giving proper butrping after each feed.
Digestive enzymes like aglozyme drops can be given as suggested by doctojur in proper dose for reliving of such symptoms .
