Q.
my baby's penis swollen as balloon at urination time.. after urination penis look like normal.. Doctor open the penis using his hand and told me to every day clean with cotton cloth and water.. at that time some white also have.. Doctor told me to clean it.. this is dirt.. yesterday I open the penis but slowly I open.. I clean it.. that time little blood seen in that area.. This is normal or I scratch that.. I don't know.. but I'm worried about that.. can I apply coconut oil.. or what shall I do.. please reply doctor..
