Dates puriee/dry dates powder or dates syrup, raisins, almonds, walnuts, figs, flaxseeds, jaggery,ragi, carrot, beetroot .
As baby is 10 months old feed fruits and vegetables puriees/mashes, cerelac with pulses, grains, dry fruits powder,dates puriee or use dates syrup while preparing porridge/Kheer,roti with vegetables or spinach puriee, pomegranate juice, carrot/beetroot grate with roti or upma or halwa with dates syrup or juice.
