my baby's gums have become swollen and red.she can't eat anything.wat can be the reason thereof

A. may be because of teething gums swelling you can rub chamomile tea ice cube to reduce gum pain give calcarae phosphorus a homoeopathic medicine for teething calcarae phosphorus in easing teething effects as teething fever loose motions green stool itching gums drooling
