My baby's bilirubin is 9.6 and having irritation while peeing and pooping, as per physician's suggestion using b-clausii but she didn't poop for the past 2 days and having hot urine. is hot urine a worry factor?

A. baby is one month of old so the level you have told is more than the normal one we have to go for the testing again and go for the photo therapy
