Weight of the child is higher as compared to weight of his age
Encourage child to engage in physical activity
Give small and frequent meals
Include more oats, daliya, sprouts, daal, beans, ragi, egg white , fruits specially apple, papaya, oranges, vegetables, low fat milk and paneer and curd in the diet
Also restrict completely intake of biscuits, chips ans chocolates
Also get the child checked by doctor to rule out hormonal issue s

offer food like ragi, sprouts,oats which help to keep your child stomach full for long period and that way it will help to maintain the weight.
encourage your child to do more physical activities.
maintain good hygiene.
