Hi if it's the same way , I feel It's better to show your kid to doctor and check with your doctor and follow their advise. That would be one of the best and safest option for your baby as of now.

Cold is a viral disease that usually occurs with symptoms like  sneezing, running nose, cough ,sore throat, nasal congestion and fever.at times it can be allergic too.
Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants .
steam inhalation would help in relieving congestion n soothing the irritation in nose and throat .you can give sinarest/wikoryl /ascoril flu cold in a proper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms but it will be better to take only under medical guidance.so please get examination and treatment done by your pediatrician it will be better.no self treatment should be done.it may take upto two weeks also in recovery so dnt worry if gradually symptoms are getting relieved.child clowill resume normal activities thereafter.

give this much only. Cough and cold may be due to any seasonal change and due to any viral infection . Ste can be given at home and if cough is much then asthakind can also be given to baby 3 times in a day and paracetamol for the fever .
