my baby pooping like small for singles stones since a week ,any problem

offer lukewarm water every hour.
prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi dalia oats etc with added fruits and vegetables.
give more fruits and liquids for adequate hydration

You need to keep monitoring if the poo consistency is watery or foamy or smelly then check for baby's intake that should be the problem and treat it accordingly And change baby's food or other food intake. Also ensure to give digestion medicines asking your doctor
