my baby poop is watery and bubbles. ..and greenish yellow poop is it normal?or it is a loose motion?

A. Lose motion due to either teeth or maybe your child is having a stomach infection but we cannot confirm on it just to conduct test after consulting your doctor a stool test for your child after consulting the doctor and they will advise you according to the test report
