My baby poop contains some sticky substance like mucus..Color of the poop is yellow or mustard yellow but sometimes I feel like it has mucus. He is 1 month 10 days old..And having mild cough and cold . I am using nasoclear .Is it because of it..?

it is not occurring due to the nasal saline drops because nasal saline drops helps in decreasing the cough as well as mucus.
This can occur due to weather changes or simple cold and some times infection.

kindly give nasal saline drops every three hourly and since it is a salt water/saline water it does not have any side effects and can be given again and again for nasal blockage and respiratory cough.
Try to prevent temperature variations around the child and you can also give indirect steam inhalation and if there is no improvement in 2 or 3 days then meet your doctor

It usually is because of excessive cough.

breast feed her as per her demand

keep her hydrated

take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning

keep a bowl full of chopped onion near her bed approx three feet far over night
