A. Hello, your baby girl is 4 months old and she is peeing 4/5 times a day so it’s not normal but less then you should see if she has a dehydration

A. the minimum urinary frequency should be more than 7 times and if it is less than that then kindly give breastfeeding at more frequent intervals and keep the child in cool atmosphere
